BREAKING: Freshman at Veritas University Dies During Gym Workout in Abuja; Parents Raise Suspicions of Foul Play

On behalf of Veritas University, Dr. Sanni Bil-hissan confirmed on Wednesday that the incident had occurred.

Joshua Èjuojo Daniel-Ejigbo, a freshman studying computer science at Veritas Abuja, tragically passed away during a workout in the university's gym.

According to Reports, he began to foam at the mouth and collapsed while exercising at about 9 pm on Tuesday.

A university source revealed that Joshua's father was informed of the tragic event at approximately 11 pm on Tuesday.

Moreover, a human rights attorney, Mr. Deji Adeyanju, representing the family, expressed to SaharaReporters the family's concerns regarding potential foul play and significant neglect involved in their son's untimely death.

"The family suspects that there was foul play and significant neglect involved," Mr. Adeyanju stated.
