Del Piero has celebrated the Tuesday evening's pulsating 3-3 tie between Real Madrid and Manchester City, calling it "one of the Champions League's most monumental clashes."

Bernardo Silva quickly put City on the scoreboard in just two minutes.

Yet, by the 13th minute, Real Madrid had managed to reverse their fortunes, seizing a 2-1 lead.
