Despite pulling off a tie, Arsenal couldn't prevent their ex-Tottenham adversary from achieving yet another milestone at the Emirates.

Regrettably for Arsenal, Harry Kane continues to rule over north London! Currently, the Gunners, who are experiencing a high, leading the Premier League, found themselves humbled by a seasoned and daunting opponent during Tuesday's Champions League battle against Bayern Munich.

Arsenal, who's been on a hot streak, approached the quarter-final's first leg at the Emirates with understandable confidence, and Bukayo Saka's early goal rightly rewarded them. Saka capitalized on the lax defense by Alphonso Davies, Serge Gnabry, and Eric Dier, netting a goal just 12 minutes into the game.

Yet, after a horrifically misplaced pass from Gabriel Magalhaes that jeopardized his team in their own half, Gnabry spectacularly equalized the score. Then, following a clumsy challenge by William Saliba on Leroy Sane, Kane confidently and skillfully scored from the penalty spot.

Post-penalty, Kane showcased an exemplary display of hold-up play. Despite Arsenal managing to even the scores thanks to Leandro Trossard's precision low shot, the ex-Spurs star feels optimistic about knocking Mikel Arteta's side out of the European competition in the ensuing leg.
